FAQ
Q: When will my order arrive?
A: Darling, this isn’t fast fashion. Every piece is made on demand, which means it needs a moment to come together. Printing usually takes 2–5 business days. Delivery adds another 5–8 business days within the U.S.
Q: Why did only half my order show up?
A: Because life has no sense of timing. Some items are made at different facilities and may ship separately. Your tote may arrive today and your mug may turn up later. Think of it as staggered gratification.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: Only if you catch us before production begins. Once your order is in print, it is final. Email namaste@serenitysarcasm.com immediately if you need to request a change.
Q: Do I get tracking?
A: Yes. You will receive an email with a tracking link once your order ships. Check your spam folder if you do not see it. If tracking stalls for more than a week, email us and we will investigate.

Shipping
Perfection takes a beat. Your order spends 2–5 business days being created before it ever sees a shipping label. After that, expect 5–8 business days for it to cross the U.S. and land at your door.

Every order comes with a tracking link. Consider it the modern breadcrumb trail, minus the fairytale ending. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or your patience level.

And yes, items may arrive separately. A tote today, a mug tomorrow. Staggered arrivals are just part of the performance.

Returns and Refunds
Each item is made on demand, which means no returns for buyer’s remorse, sizing issues, or color preference. Please review size charts and product descriptions carefully before ordering.

We do replace or refund items that arrive defective, damaged, or misprinted. To qualify, email namaste@serenitysarcasm.com within 30 days of delivery. Include photos of the issue. If approved, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

If your order is lost in transit and tracking does not update, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the shipping provider to resolve it.

We do not offer exchanges since each product is made individually. Choose wisely, sip slowly.
